Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations and drive performance, compliance, and scalable processes. The role requires coordinating with Delivery Leaders, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service, and travel to client sites and offices to support implementations and training.

The role emphasizes improving productivity, service delivery, and technology adoption while maintaining rigorous compliance and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, marketing, or related field.
At least five years of relevant operations leadership experience.
Willingness to travel up to 40%.
Experience recruiting strategy and metrics.

Responsibilities

Develop recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers, using capacity data and trends.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, costs, and delivery metrics.
Lead process improvements, automation, and technology initiatives.
Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and internal controls.
Manage client and associate programs, including feedback and recognition initiatives.
Provide training and development to field teams and leaders.
