Securitas USA is seeking an Area Operations Leader to provide strategic oversight for the designated Area. You will lead operations, coordinate shared services across Branches, and drive client satisfaction and profitability.

The role emphasizes staff development, efficiency, and the seamless integration of services with Branch functions. Responsibilities include coaching field managers, managing budgets, negotiating client contracts, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Associate’s degree and 5 years of supervisory experience in security or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of security industry experience and 5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the Area and ensure integration with Branch functions.
• Manage shared services for multiple Branches (payroll, AR, HR).
• Coordinate client transitions and support client contracts and start-ups.
• Develop staff, coach employees, and promote client and employee retention initiatives.
• Ensure profitability and service quality, with regular AVP updates and issue resolution.
