Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor to manage shifts and segments of guarding operations across multiple sites under direction of line management.

The role involves supervising staff, inspecting posts, coaching personnel, and handling administrative duties to support Branch operations. Required qualifications include 2–3 years of security supervisory experience, an associate’s degree with security experience, and the ability to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must have 18+ years of age.
• Must have reliable means of communication (pager/phone).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Associate’s Degree and 1 year of security operations experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites under line management.
• Supervises Field Supervisors and security personnel.
• Performs inspections and ensures post orders are followed; coaches and trains staff.
• Maintains payroll records and client reports; communicates with clients and management.
• Ensures safety, compliance with policies, and effective service delivery.
