Securitas USA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee security operations across multiple client sites. This leadership role focuses on daily operations, team development, and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities include supervising officers and field supervisors, conducting site inspections, coordinating staffing and payroll accuracy, reviewing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and legal requirements. Strong communication and planning are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of security operations experience or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers and field supervisors across multiple locations.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure post orders are followed.
• Build client relationships through regular communication and service reviews.
• Support new client start-ups and help shape site security plans.
• Coach, train and develop staff; assist with corrective actions when needed.
• Manage schedules, staffing and labor costs to ensure smooth operations.
• Review reports, maintain payroll accuracy and complete required documentation.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and legal requirements.
