Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations to lead Area operations, align branch services, and drive profitability. You will oversee shared services across multiple branches and act as the primary resource for the AVP, ensuring high quality service and effective client transitions.

You will coach and develop field managers, manage budgets, and optimize scheduling and labor costs while maintaining compliance and strong client relationships across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a field related to security industry and/or business management.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 2 years of security industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high quality customer service with regular updates to the AVP.
• Manage shared services for other Branches and coordinate with Branch Managers.
• Resolve operational issues to align with AVP’s vision.
• Analyze operational and financial indicators to improve Area performance and profitability.
• Meet with client representatives for status updates and negotiate contracts.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; coach to enhance skills and manage discipline.
• Develop and administer budgets with Area VP input.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies; ensure staff adherence.
• Authorize expenditures; manage vehicles, inventory, and payroll records.
• Schedule effectively to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs.
• Support initiatives and resolve legal, financial, HR, and admin issues.
• Perform additional related duties as needed.
