Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of general management experience in an administrative service contracting environment preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of successfully managing a large portfolio of contracts.
• Experience with government contracting preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across assigned contracts, creating a high-performing environment focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accountability for the financial performance of assigned contracts, including revenue/expense forecasting and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure contractual compliance and customer satisfaction, maintaining proactive communication with government customers.
• Coordinate across Operations, Business Development, HR, Finance, and other functions as the primary operations liaison for proposals.
• Establish clear reporting and accountability with stakeholders, tracking risks and corrective actions.
• Support business development through operational input for proposals and onsite support.
• Participate in additional duties as assigned.
