ServiceSource Inc seeks a senior Operations leader to translate strategy into execution across multiple contracts and service lines. You will drive operational projects, ensure compliance, and align resources with goals, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and government customers.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in administration/service contracting, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to manage high-volume workloads in a disability-focused, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred; extensive government contracting experience may substitute.
• Experience managing a large portfolio of contracts; leadership in high volume/fast paced settings.
• Strong contract management and operations background; ability to motivate and manage staff.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to learn corporate software.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across assigned contracts, ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accountability for financial performance, forecasting, and resource utilization to meet objectives.
• Ensure contractual compliance and customer satisfaction, addressing risks and swiftly implementing improvements.
• Coordinate across Operations, Business Development, HR, Finance, and other functions; support proposal development and onsite execution.
