Onto Innovation is seeking a Senior leader to shape Service Strategy and drive operational excellence across global service organizations. You will translate forecasts, roadmaps, and customer requirements into scalable service capacity and governance, partnering with field, engineering, and product teams.

Responsibilities include defining service performance metrics, implementing improvements, leading installation and startup efforts, and managing budgets and workforce planning to meet quarterly

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Progressive leadership in service operations or field service.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• Experience with KPIs, budgeting, and cost management.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the Service Operations strategy aligned with priorities.
• Establish operating model, governance, and performance expectations.
• Translate forecasts into service capacity and operational plans.
• Drive alignment across service organizations and regions.
• Define and monitor service performance indicators and reporting.
• Lead installation and startup activities with cross-functional teams.
• Manage budgets, headcount, and investments to meet objectives.
