Job summary

ServiceSource, a champion for people with disabilities, seeks an experienced senior operations leader to translate strategy into execution across multiple contracts and locations. The role collaborates with contract site leadership, corporate Operations, Business Development, HR, Finance, and subject matter experts to plan, coordinate, implement, and sustain initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred; may be substituted with government contracting experience.
• 10+ years general management experience in an administrative service contracting environment preferred; 5+ years managing a large portfolio of contracts.
• Experience with government contracting and Military Dining preferred.
• Strong leadership in high volume/fast paced environments; contract management and operations background preferred.
• Proven track record in motivating and managing staff.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite preferred.
• Government contract management experience preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across assigned contracts, creating a high-performing environment focused on service excellence, accountability, safety, compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accountability for the financial performance of assigned contracts, including revenue and expense forecasting, surplus/deficit performance, resource utilization, and achievement of established business objectives.
• Maintain a relentless focus on contractual compliance and customer satisfaction, targeting 100% fulfillment of contract requirements and deliverables; lead operational improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate effectively across Operations, Business Development, Human Resources, Finance, and other organizational functions; support new-business proposals and onsite execution.
• Establish clear reporting, ensure deliverables are completed on schedule, and maintain visibility into risks, issues, and corrective actions.
• Serve as the Operations liaison for proposal development, providing operational content and coordination with onsite teams to develop executable approaches.
