The role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of people, processes, financial performance and technology, able to identify inefficiencies and guide growth through change.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive operations, management or business leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams at senior manager or director level.
• Proven track record of improving processes and performance.
• Strong budgeting, financial metrics and KPI reporting knowledge.
• Experience developing high-performing teams and guiding growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight across core business operations and teams.
• Develop and execute plans to improve productivity, profitability, and service delivery.
• Set clear performance expectations and monitor KPIs.
• Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting and resource planning.
• Review processes and SOPs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead managers and teams with accountability and development.
• Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate initiatives across departments including sales, finance, customer service, technology, and admin.
• Evaluate and implement systems and technology for scalability.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities toward organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve operating margins and performance.
• Communicate results, challenges and recommendations to executive leadership.
