Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; substitution with extensive government contracting experience.
• 10+ years of general management experience in an administrative service contracting environment preferred.
• 5+ years of managing a large portfolio of contracts preferred.
• Experience with government contracting and Military Dining preferred.
• Proven leadership in high volume/fast paced environments; strong contract management background.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite preferred; ability to learn company-specific programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across assigned contracts, creating a high-performing environment focused on service excellence, accountability, safety, compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accountability for financial performance of contracts, including revenue and expense forecasting, resource utilization, and achievement of business objectives.
• Ensure contractual compliance and maintain high customer satisfaction, promptly addressing performance risks and drive improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate across functions to support proposals, new business development, and onsite execution for proven, executable approaches.
• Establish reporting and governance to ensure timely, accurate communications and risk management across portfolio leadership.
