You will own production, supply chain, quality, and customer fulfillment across current and future sites, partnering with the COO and executive team to accelerate growth and margin.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management.
• 15+ years in operations leadership, including 5+ years at VP level or above.
• Demonstrated full P&L ownership and multi-site leadership.
• Experience scaling operations in high-growth tech or manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Set and execute multi-year operations strategy aligned with growth and capacity.
• Lead day-to-day production management across sites to meet schedule, quality, and cost targets.
• Oversee supply chain, logistics, and customer fulfillment to support multi-site expansion.
• Own enterprise operations P&L, budgeting, and cost discipline.
• Lead multi-site expansion, including new facilities and integrations.
