Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead the Program Operations Support team and drive Operational Excellence initiatives. The role partners with Divisional Leadership, Program Managers, and stakeholders to align QA, Training, and business-function support with divisional needs.

The Senior Implementation Manager directs planning, diagnostics, workflow development, and sustainment activities, supervising the Nursing Protocols and Compliance Educator and the Program

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience leading complex projects and cross-functional implementations.
• Experience translating operational requirements into workflows, plans, and documentation.
• Eligible to obtain/maintain access to federal facilities or similar security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Operations Support to set priorities, assign work, and approve deliverables.
• Develop implementation plans, milestones, and dependencies and manage backlogs.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Training, and business-function owners for alignment.
• Oversee dashboards, workflows, and digital workspaces within IT/Systems.
