Focus People is seeking a senior operations leader to partner with the CEO and oversee day-to-day operations in a high-volume client-service environment. The role is hands-on, focusing on building structure, accountability, and scalable processes to support growth.

You will drive operational excellence through SOPs, technology adoption, and KPI-driven management while developing teams and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery.

• Oversee workflow from initial client intake through pre-litigation case progression, negotiation/settlement support, and appropriate handoff or closure.
• Ensure client matters continue moving forward and operational bottlenecks are identified and addressed.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees while establishing clear performance expectations.
