You will guide daily operations, ensure policy placement, renewal and client service excellence while developing staff and upholding IOA's standards. Strong leadership, industry knowledge and licensing are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required.
• Professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and coach.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing and onboarding.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality and service standards.
• Manage a book of business and renewals.
• Provide subject matter expert for coverage and service questions.
• Maintain data integrity across systems.
• Deliver service excellence and proactive client need anticipation.
