Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed.
• Participate in recruitment, interviewing and onboarding activities.
• Manage an assigned book of business and support renewals and service needs.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and documentation of accuracy.
• Lead or support renewal and new business processes.
• Maintain data integrity across agency and carrier systems.
