Insurance Office of America is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Commercial Lines to lead the Account Management team in the Longwood, FL area with remote capacity. You will guide performance, ensure process compliance, and sustain service excellence across the book of business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
• Active licensing is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Support ongoing staff training and development.
• Manage an assigned book of business and renewals.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive service excellence.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding.
• Balance workloads to ensure service continuity.
• Maintain accurate data across agency and carrier systems.
