Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead Account Management staff, drive service excellence, and manage an assigned book of business. This remote role requires Florida experience or residence and may require on-site presence near a branch location for certain needs.

You will oversee performance, coach staff, ensure policy compliance, and support renewals and new business while maintaining data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales/marketing/relationship management
• Active insurance licensing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Account Management staff and provide guidance.
• Ensure HR policy compliance and workflow efficiency.
• Manage an assigned book of business.
• Support renewals and new business processes.
• Monitor performance data and take corrective actions.
• Maintain data integrity across agency and carrier systems
