You will hire and develop a diverse team, enforce security and cash control procedures, and drive profitability through budgeting and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Prior experience developing budgets and P&L review a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and communicate proactively with clients to improve operations.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of Promise-driven employees.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, and budget management.
• Oversee procurement and vendor service needs; manage accounts payable and payroll.
• Monitor facility maintenance and safety compliance including OSHA requirements.
