Qualifications

• 2–3 years of check processing experience preferred, with familiarity in processing workflows and regulations.
• At least 1 year in check storage/retention and associated regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of check processing rules, laws and related industry regulations (e.g., Reg CC, UCC, Reg J).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
• Experience supporting rollout of new or updated processes and change communication.
• Ability to design, document, and deliver end-user training on procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation for products, services, and operational solutions across teams.
• Develop, document, implement, and monitor new procedures and analytics.
• Provide training and ensure adoption of new processes across the organization.
• Identify risks and communicate operational changes to leadership.
• Prepare and present performance reporting and procedure updates.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to maintain accurate procedures.
