Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support to management and operational functions (photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, phone).
• Reviews, researches and/or enters data in various systems to support respective functional area.
• Serves as frontline customer service to receive, resolve and/or elevate inquiries and issues.
• Maintains data integrity and supports audits and reporting activities.
