Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support to management and operations (photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, answering calls).
• Reviews and enters data in systems to support functions and generates regular/ad hoc reports.
• Serves as frontline customer service to resolve inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Assists with audits and DOT-related documentation to ensure compliance.
• Maintains accurate package scans and aids in address correction to minimize delays.
• Tracks metrics and prepares weekly management reports.
