Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager II to fully own programs at mid-to-large client sites. You will align with the client’s objectives, manage recruitment activities, and drive customer satisfaction while leading a team to deliver top-tier workforce solutions.

You’ll oversee strategy, performance metrics, and continuous improvement to sustain growth. responsiblities include client relationship management, pricing services, reporting, and ensuring contractual SLAs are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Managerial/supervisory experience in service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and expanding responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead recruitment teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and develop strong client relationships.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temp and perm placements.
• Develop knowledge of target industries, roles, and competition.
• Lead and develop onsite team; ensure KPI and SLA targets are met.
• Prepare monthly/ quarterly business reviews for leadership.
