• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and develop effective client relationships.
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews and maintain strong networks.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and permanent placement).
• Manage recruitment teams in fast-paced environments and meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership; interpret data trends.
