Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager II to lead mid-to-large client programs, aligning with business objectives and driving recruitment and fulfillment across locations. You will manage daily activities, KPIs, and talent development to deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will build strong client relationships, oversee a recruitment team, and ensure programs meet SLA targets while growing accounts and driving customer satisfaction across the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction and service levels.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in one-on-one and group settings.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with HR and Operations contacts.
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and perm placements.
• Lead and develop onsite recruitment teams to meet KPIs and SLAs.
