Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager II to oversee programs for mid-to-large clients across multiple sites and shifts. You will align with client objectives, manage recruitment and fulfillment activities, and drive KPI performance while delivering top-tier customer service to candidates and clients.

You will lead onsite teams, develop strategic relationships with HR/Operations, and ensure programs meet contractual SLAs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2-5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong working relationships with colleagues.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in one-on-one and group settings.
• Knowledge of federal/state recruiting laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Grow & retain accounts and develop effective client relationships.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions and placements.
• Lead and develop onsite recruitment teams to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain knowledge of client industries and adapt value propositions.
• Coordinate with clients to understand staffing needs and program expectations.
