Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager II to lead and optimize large client programs, aligning with client business objectives and delivering strong recruitment outcomes. You will manage recruitment activities, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and foster collaboration across client teams to drive growth and client satisfaction.

You will recruit, train, and develop onsite staff, maintain relationships with HR/Operations, and position Adecco as a trusted workforce solutions partner while upholding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and increased responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of federal/state recruiting laws and company policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with HR and operations.
• Manage client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions and placements.
• Drive KPI and SLA attainment across programs.
• Recruit, train, and develop onsite team; deliver top service.
• Interpret data and trends from reporting.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, and program expectations.
