Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager II to lead programs for mid to large clients, including multi-location and multi-shift coverage. You will align with client objectives and drive strategic, long-term evolution of the program while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, managing a recruitment team, achieving KPIs and SLAs, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of increased customer service levels and satisfaction, enhanced scope of responsibilities, and working relationships with colleagues/management.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in one-on-one and group settings.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Ability to successfully manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Adept at establishing and managing KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing key client relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
• Price and sell staffing services (temp/perm) and manage client pricing strategy.
• Lead and develop onsite recruitment teams to meet client needs and SLAs.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance trends; drive process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of client industries, roles, and competition; articulate value proposition.
• Act as escalation point for client, procurement, and HR issues and requests.
