Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager II to lead programs for large clients across multiple locations. The role focuses on strategic client relationship growth, deliverables, and leading an onsite recruitment team to meet KPIs and SLAs while ensuring exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will partner with client HR and Operations, price and sell services, and drive improvements in processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of increased customer service levels and satisfaction, enhanced scope of responsibilities, and strong working relationships with colleagues/management.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts (build and nurture client relationships).
• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and business reviews.
• Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts and use insights for growth.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business/performance reviews to leadership.
• Serve as an escalation point for Client, Procurement, Operations, and HR managers.
