Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager II to lead programs at mid to large clients, aligning with their business objectives and delivering excellent customer service. The role covers recruitment, training, and developing top onsite talent while managing relationships with HR, Operations, and procurement teams.

You will drive KPI/SLAs, oversee daily fulfillment, and work to grow existing accounts while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 to 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of increased customer satisfaction and strong relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and build relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and business reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business/performance reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temp and perm placement).
• Lead and develop onsite team, ensuring top customer service for candidates and clients.
