Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager II to oversee programs for mid to large clients, including multi-location and multi-shift coverage. You will align with client objectives, manage the onsite team, and drive top-notch service to candidates and clients.

The role emphasizes recruitment leadership, KPI performance, and stakeholder collaboration to sustain growth and service excellence across accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record in delivering customer satisfaction and managing increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key client contacts to drive growth.
• Achieve high client satisfaction levels evidenced by surveys and reviews.
• Lead and manage recruitment teams to meet fast-paced client needs.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to directors or VP levels.
• Ensure delivery aligns with KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations.
• Price and sell staffing services including temp and perm placements.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries and competition to articulate value proposition.
