Job summary

The Adecco Group in New Hampshire is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs, aligning with the client's business objectives and building a collaborative partnership. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction and expanding client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across individuals and groups.
• Ability to build and maintain client networks and relationships.
• Experience leading recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Adept at establishing and managing KPIs and SLAs.
• In-depth knowledge of current recruiting practices and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and aptitude to learn new software.
• Ability to develop policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Strategic planning and change leadership to translate vision into action.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing strong relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and formal reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business performance reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services, including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Manage recruitment teams and align activities with KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share and competition.
