Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in New Hampshire to serve as the primary client contact for our programs. You will align with client objectives, lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and drive a collaborative, service‑oriented partnership.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, maintaining high client satisfaction, presenting quarterly reviews, and ensuring SLA/ KPI targets are met. You will coach a recruitment team and act as a Brand Ambassador for Adecco.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in service provider industry.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and expanded responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts while aligning with client objectives.
• Lead daily recruitment/fulfillment activities and monitor KPIs.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and client requirements.
