Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in New Hampshire to act as the primary client contact, aligning programs with the client’s business objectives. You will lead recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and drive collaboration to position teams for ongoing success.

You will manage relationships with HR and Operations, maintain high client satisfaction, and work to maximize fill rate, time-to-fill, and NPS scores while collaborating with leadership to drive strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Track record of improving customer satisfaction and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and escalation point for Adecco programs.
• Manage recruitment team and daily fulfillment activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Grow and retain accounts, improve fill rate and time-to-fill metrics.
• Prepare and present business reviews to leadership.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met consistently.
• Price and sell staffing services including conversions and perm placements.
