Job summary

The Adecco Group in New Hampshire is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs. You will align with the client’s strategic objectives and drive the long-term evolution and operational management of all business activities.

You’ll lead daily recruitment and fulfillment, monitor KPIs and SLAs, build strong client relationships, and position teams for continued success while ensuring value delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and increased responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and escalation point.
• Lead daily recruitment/fulfillment activities and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell staffing services (conversions, temporary, perm).
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
