Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our Adecco programs in New Hampshire. You will align with the client’s business objectives and lead daily recruitment activities to drive KPIs, SLAs and a high‑performing staffing program.

You will grow and retain accounts, present monthly or quarterly reviews to senior leaders, and price and sell staffing services including temporary and permanent placements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and managing client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Manage daily recruitment and fulfillment activities to meet KPIs.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell staffing services including conversions and placements.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, clients, and competition.
• Ensure all client requirements and SLAs are met.
