Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and managing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for client questions.
• Lead daily recruitment/fulfillment activities and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key client contacts to foster business growth.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
