Job summary

The Adecco Group in Brookline, NH is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for Adecco programs. You will drive long-term program evolution, align with client goals, and lead daily recruitment and fulfillment against KPIs.

You'll build strong client relationships, retain accounts, price and sell services, and report performance through QBRs/QPRs while upholding company values and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for client questions.
• Grow and retain accounts by fostering relationships with HR and Operations.
• Manage recruitment team performance, KPIs, and SLAs to achieve high client satisfaction.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary, and permanent placement) as needed.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Develop plans to grow and retain existing accounts and new clients.
