Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs, aligning with the client’s objectives and building a collaborative partnership.

As the accountable leader for the client program's strategic direction and daily recruitment activities, you will drive KPI performance, oversee fulfillment, and position teams for ongoing success, while maintaining strong client relationships and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and increased responsibilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in a group setting.
• Ability to manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge of KPIs and SLAs and how to drive performance with them.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices and company policies, with MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts.
• Create and develop effective relationships with key client contacts to foster growth.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and business reviews.
• Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts and associations.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and permanent placement).
• Bill and manage client relationships with KPI/ SLA alignment.
• Position teams and programs for continued success and growth.
