Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent II to lead on Job Order Contracting projects for active facilities. You will coordinate field activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, and safety requirements.

This role requires strong leadership in dynamic environments and close collaboration with PMs, clients, and site personnel. Anticipated work locations include the East Region with opportunities in Missouri and surrounding states.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of progressively responsible commercial construction experience.
• Experience supervising renovation, repair, or facility improvement work in active facilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors, trades, and deliveries.
• Experience with Job Order Contracting or similar programs is preferred.
• Strong reading of drawings, specs, and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily onsite construction activities for JOC projects.
• Serve as Weston’s onsite representative and communicate with PMs, clients, and subcontractors.
• Support safe and efficient execution in active facilities.
• Coordinate subcontractor staffing, scheduling, and deliveries.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Review drawings and verify field conditions; communicate changes to PM.
• Develop short-term look-ahead schedules and provide field input.
• Enter and maintain daily reports, field logs, and safety documentation.
• Enforce OSHA requirements and Weston safety policies.
