Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent II to oversee Job Order Contracting projects for active, occupied facilities across the Southwest region.

You will coordinate field activities, track progress, and maintain client and project-team communication to ensure safe, efficient execution. Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial construction in active facilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Familiarity with Job Order Contracting or similar programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily onsite construction activities for JOC projects.
• Maintain communication with PMs, client reps, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with contract documents.
