Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent II to oversee Job Order Contracting projects for the United States Postal Service. You will coordinate daily onsite construction activities in active facilities and serve as the primary Weston representative on site.

The role requires coordinating subcontractors, reviewing drawings and specs, and ensuring safety and quality across renovation, maintenance, and facility improvement work in multiple markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s/associates in CM/engineering/architecture or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible commercial construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily onsite construction activities for Job Order Contracting projects.
• Serve as Weston’s primary onsite representative and communicate with PM, client, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Support safe, efficient execution of renovation, repair, maintenance, and facility improvement projects in active facilities.
• Coordinate subcontractor staffing, scheduling, and daily work activities.
• Review drawings, specs, and scopes to ensure contract compliance and quality.
