Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent II to oversee Job Order Contracting projects for active facilities in the West Region, including California.

You will coordinate field activities, manage subcontractors, monitor safety, schedule work, and ensure adherence to contract documents and client expectations. You will serve as the on-site Weston representative, collaborate with program and project managers, and lead preconstruction and progress meetings while

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial construction, renovation, repair, or facility improvement projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors, trades, vendors, and work activities.
• Experience with Job Order Contracting, federal construction, government facilities, or similar programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily onsite construction activities for assigned Job Order Contracting projects.
• Serve as Weston’s primary onsite representative and communicate with program/project managers, client representatives, subcontractors, vendors, and facility personnel.
• Support the safe and efficient execution of renovation, repair, maintenance, and facility improvement projects in active, occupied environments.
• Coordinate subcontractor staffing, scheduling, sequencing, deliveries, access, and daily work activities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and other contract documents.
