Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent II to support anticipated Job Order Contracting projects, including renovation, repair, and facility improvement work in active facilities.

You will coordinate daily field activities, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safe, efficient work that meets contract requirements. As the onsite Weston representative, you will work with the Program Manager, Project Manager, and facility staff across markets, develop short-term

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor's in CM/engineering/architecture preferred.
• Eight years of progressive commercial construction experience preferred.
• Experience supervising renovation and maintenance in active facilities preferred.
• Experience with Job Order Contracting or federal/postal projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily onsite construction activities.
• Serve as Weston’s onsite representative and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support safe, efficient execution of work in active facilities.
• Coordinate subcontractor staffing, scheduling, and deliveries.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance with contract.
• Review drawings, specs, and scopes of work.
• Identify field conflicts and potential scope changes.
• Develop short-term look-ahead schedules and assist planning.
• Ensure work minimizes disruption to operations.
• Maintain daily reports, logs, safety docs, and as-built records.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and punch-list activities.
• Assist with subcontractor bidding and proposals as requested.
