Job summary

Weston Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent II to oversee Job Order Contracting projects, including renovation and facility improvements in active facilities. The role requires coordinating field activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring safety and compliance with contract documents and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial construction, renovation, repair, or facility improvement projects.
• Experience with Job Order Contracting, ID/IQ programs, or task-order construction preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors, trades, vendors, and schedules.
• Ability to work in active, occupied facilities and manage scope changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site construction activities for Job Order Contracting projects.
• Serve as Weston’s on-site representative and communicate with PMs, client reps, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of projects in active facilities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Prepare daily reports, field logs, safety docs, and as-built information.
