Job summary

Weston Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent II to oversee Job Order Contracting projects for the USPS. The role requires coordinating field activities, ensuring safety, and maintaining alignment with contract documents and schedules.

Travel within markets is possible. The candidate will act as Weston’s primary onsite representative, coordinating with Program/Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and facility personnel to deliver high-quality work in active

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial construction, renovation, repair, or facility improvement projects.
• Experience with Job Order Contracting, IDIQ, or task-order construction is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors, vendors, and work activities.
• Ability to work in active, occupied facilities and manage field operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily onsite construction activities for assigned projects.
• Serve as Weston’s onsite representative and communicate with Project Manager and client stakeholders.
• Support safe execution of renovation, repair, maintenance, and facility improvement work in occupied environments.
• Coordinate subcontractor staffing, scheduling, deliveries, and daily work activities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work; identify constructability issues and changes.
