Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks a Construction Superintendent II to lead onsite activities for USPS Job Order Contracting projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards in active facilities across markets.

Your role requires strong field leadership, ability to travel regionally, and effective communication with project teams, clients, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Supervise commercial construction, renovation, or facility work.
• Experience with IDIQ or task-order programs preferred.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple trades and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily onsite construction activities for JOC projects.
• Serve as Weston’s onsite representative and liaise with managers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work aligns with contract docs, safety plans, and schedules.
