Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks a Construction Superintendent II to oversee Job Order Contracting projects for USPS, coordinating field activities in active facilities across multiple markets including North Central Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth area).

You will lead subcontractors, ensure safety, and maintain schedules and budgets. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, managing look-ahead schedules, documenting field conditions, and communicating with Program/Project Managers and client

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred in construction management or related field.
• Minimum eight years of progressively responsible commercial construction experience preferred.
• Experience supervising renovation, repair, or facility improvement in active occupied facilities preferred.
• Experience with Job Order Contracting, federal construction, or government facilities preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally as project assignments require.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily onsite construction activities.
• Serve as Weston’s primary onsite representative and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support safe execution of projects in active environments.
• Coordinate subcontractor staffing and daily work activities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and quality.
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Communicate field conditions and potential change orders.
• Develop short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce OSHA requirements.
• Prepare daily reports and project records.
