Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent II to oversee Job Order Contracting projects, including renovation, repair, maintenance, and facility improvements in active facilities.

You will coordinate daily field activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with contract requirements and schedules. This role requires strong field leadership, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to manage projects in occupied facilities across

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial construction, renovation, or facility improvement projects.
• Experience with Job Order Contracting or similar recurring construction programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily onsite construction activities for Job Order Contracting projects.
• Serve as Weston’s onsite representative and maintain communication with project managers, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contract documents and schedules.
