Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent II to oversee Job Order Contracting projects, including renovation, repair, and facility improvements in active facilities in the Detroit area.

You will coordinate daily field activities and serve as the on-site Weston representative to ensure projects are safe, on schedule, and compliant with contract requirements. The role requires strong leadership, ability to manage multiple active projects, and coordination with Program/Project

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive commercial construction experience preferred.
• Experience supervising renovation in active facilities preferred.
• Ability to travel locally or regionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily onsite construction activities for JOC projects.
• Serve as Weston’s on-site representative and liaise with the Program Manager, Project Manager, client representatives, subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with contract documents and schedules.
• Manage subcontractor staffing, sequencing, deliveries, access and daily work activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and change orders and communicate changes.
